What Pop Art Princess is asking for

This is a compound theme, and compound themes are scored on whether you delivered both halves.

The pop art half comes from Lichtenstein and Warhol: flat unshaded primary colour, thick black outlines, halftone dot patterning, comic-panel energy. The princess half is silhouette: a full skirt, a fitted bodice, gloves, and a crown or tiara.

Put them together and you get a ballgown that looks like it was drawn rather than sewn. Deliver only the princess and you have built a generic royal look; deliver only the pop art and you have built Pop Art, which is a separate theme in the pool.

Building it without VIP
