What Stained Glass is asking for

Stained glass has two components and most players only bring one. The first is the palette: deeply saturated jewel colours — cathedral blue, ruby, emerald, amber — glowing rather than muted. The second is the leading: the black metal lines that separate every pane. Without that black division, you have built a bright outfit, not a window.

So the build instruction is unusual: bring the colour and find a way to put black lines through it. Lace over colour, a black mesh layer, black straps crossing the body, black-outlined accessories.

Building it without VIP

• Gemstone Dress is the closest single free item to the concept.
• Layer route: any saturated colour base with a Mesh Top, Gothic Lace Corset or Chained Cross Top in black over the top — the overlay creates the leading.
• Butterfly Wings and Butterfly Sleeves are the strongest shape here: butterfly wing panelling naturally reads as stained-glass panels.
• Layered Skirt or Tiered Skirt in alternating jewel tones for the panel effect.
• Accessories with visible framing: Celestial Glasses, jewelled headpieces, a Veil.

Colour and silhouette

Three or four jewel colours, all at high saturation, all separated by black. Do not blend or gradient them — real stained glass has hard borders. Silhouette should be tall and vertical where possible; a long line reads more window-like than a short flared one, and cathedral references reward height.

If your items support pattern or material options, anything mosaic, geometric or gem-like is the correct pick.

What loses votes

• No black. The most common failure by a wide margin.
• Pastel jewel tones. Washed-out colour looks like nothing.
• Too many colours. Four maximum, or the panels stop reading as panels.
